Nori Powder

This is super easy and can have so many uses.  If you like sushi and want to give that salty taste to any food and feel healthy about doing it, then this is for you.  I initially made this for our sushi salad, but will be trying it on roasted potatoes and many more dishes.

Here's what you need:

If you don't have a coffee or spice grinder, you can use a food processor or because the Nori is so brittle you can just grind it between your hands.

Place pieces of the Nori in grinder.
Grind until small flakes or a powder forms.
Can be stored in a Tupperware container in the pantry for at least 3 months.
